Shipped to you frozen, Dere Street savoury scones are preformed and ready to bake.  They are made in small batches using premium all natural ingredients - sharp cheddar cheese, cream, unbleached, unbromated flour, fresh cut herbs and vegetables, creating a moist, rich, flavour intense scone. The dough is cut in the traditional round manner.  Simply take from freezer to oven to bake.  No thawing necessary.  Simple to bake....simply delicious!
